• Identity and contact data you send us — name, email, phone, company — when you brief a project or email us.
• Project details you choose to share so we can scope and price the work.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected through essential and, with consent, analytics cookies.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• To deliver and invoice a project you commission — on the basis of our contract.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — on the basis of a legal obligation.
• To improve the site through analytics — only where you have given consent.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Romanian law (generally up to 10 years). Analytics data follows the retention set in the tool and your cookie choice.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting (Vercel), email, and analytics — each acting under a data-processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
