Prices shown are indicative starting points and may change with scope. A project becomes binding only when both sides sign a written contract or confirm a scope and price by email. That agreement defines deliverables, timeline, payment stages, and revisions.

Unless the contract states otherwise, work starts on an advance and the balance is due on delivery. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice, to the account RO92 INGB 0000 9999 1719 7064 (ING Bank). Late payment may pause work.

On full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, except for third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock) which keep their own licences. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

We deliver with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for downtime of third-party services (hosting, domains, integrations). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (anpc.ro).
